The Portola Festival was first introduced in 2002 by community members in the Portola as a way to build community pride. The PNSC is proud to present the 9th annual Portola Festival.

The festival continues to be a growing source of pride within the community and small businesses.  Entertainment and attendance have grown as well, with contributions from community residents, schools, local merchants and volunteers, and new additions are always welcome.  Last year’s festival drew a crowd of 7,000 and we expect an even higher turnout this year!
