The Portola Festival was created by community members to highlight the diversity and distinctiveness of one of San Francisco’s fastest growing neighborhoods. The annual Portola Festival continues to be a growing source of pride for community members and small businesses.
The Portola Festival this year will feature arts and crafts, community booths, a main stage for entertainment, a community stage, large inflatable jumpers, and lots of entertainment for the kids such as face painting, balloon twisting, clowns, and animals for petting.
The Festival will be held on two blocks of San Bruno Avenue (in San Francisco), from Felton Street to Bacon Street. Last year’s festival drew more than 7,000 attendees; our goal for this year is 8,000. Entertainment and attendance has grown annually, and with the continued support and contributions from sponsors, community residents, schools, local merchants, and volunteers, we hope to grow this year’s festival and make it a memorable experience for everyone.
If you are interested in being a vendor for this year's festival, please download the Vendor Application. We welcome all vendors who have something positive to contribute to the neighborhood!
A big THANK YOU to all of our sponsors last year for making last year’s festival a success: Mayor’s Office of Economic and Workforce Development, Office of Supervisor Maxwell, Lennar, San Francisco 49’ers, Allstate, Bank of America, Bank of the West, Wells Fargo Bank, and all of the local merchants and residents.
